Terms of Service
Kinder Hub — operated by Nusra Solutions
Last updated: 13 July 2026
1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Kinder Hub, a childcare centre management platform covering staff and child records, attendance, statutory payroll (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB), parent billing, and JKM compliance document generation (the “Service”), provided by:
Nusra Solutions
Company/SSM registration no.: 202603180474
Contact: support@kinderhub.thenusra.com
By creating an account, registering a Centre, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the childcare centre or organisation you represent (“Centre”, “Customer”, “you”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Who May Use the Service
The Service is intended for licensed or in-formation childcare centres (taska, tadika, and similar) operating in Malaysia, and their authorised staff, administrators, and owners (“Authorised Users”). You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind your Centre to these Terms.
Accounts, logins, and access credentials are personal to each Authorised User and must not be shared.
3. Description of the Service
Kinder Hub provides tools that may include:
- Staff and child record-keeping;
- Attendance and leave tracking;
- Statutory payroll calculation and payslip generation (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and related contributions);
- Parent/guardian billing and invoicing;
- Compilation of documents intended to support JKM (Jabatan Kebajikan Masyarakat) licensing and inspection readiness;
- Notifications and daily reporting.
Not professional advice. Kinder Hub is software that helps you organise, calculate, and compile information. It is not a substitute for a licensed payroll practitioner, accountant, company secretary, or lawyer, and does not constitute legal, tax, employment, or regulatory advice. Statutory contribution rates and JKM requirements change; you are responsible for verifying that figures and documents produced by the Service are accurate and current before relying on them, filing them with any authority, or making any payment based on them.
Not a guarantee of compliance or approval. Compiled JKM document sets and compliance dashboards are aids to help you prepare for licensing, renewal, or inspection. Nusra Solutions does not guarantee that any document generated by the Service will be accepted by JKM or any other authority, or that use of the Service will result in a successful licence, renewal, or inspection outcome.
4. Your Account and Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- The accuracy, legality, and completeness of all data you or your staff input into the Service, including staff personal data, payroll figures, and child/guardian records;
- Obtaining any consents required from staff, guardians, and other data subjects before entering their personal data into the Service (see our Privacy Policy and Children & Guardian Data Notice);
- Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and promptly notifying us of any unauthorised access;
- Reviewing statutory payroll calculations and compliance documents before filing, submitting, or acting on them;
- Complying with all applicable laws, including the Employment Act 1955, Child Care Centre Act 1984, PDPA 2010, and any regulations issued by JKM, EPF, SOCSO (PERKESO), and LHDN.
5. Fees and Payment
During early access, the Service may be offered free of charge or at promotional pricing, as displayed on our website at the time of registration. Once paid plans are introduced:
- Fees, billing cycles, and any applicable taxes will be disclosed before you are charged;
- Fees are generally non-refundable except as required by law or as set out in our Refund Policy;
- We may suspend access for accounts with unpaid or overdue balances after reasonable notice;
- We may change pricing on a going-forward basis with advance notice; continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
6. Data Ownership and Our Use of Your Data
As between you and Nusra Solutions, your Centre retains ownership of the data you input into the Service (staff records, child records, guardian information, financial data, and related content) (“Customer Data”).
You grant Nusra Solutions a limited licence to host, store, process, and transmit Customer Data solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Service, and as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy.
For personal data of staff, guardians, and children contained in Customer Data, your Centre is generally the data user (controller) under the PDPA 2010, and Nusra Solutions acts as a data processor providing the Service on your instructions. You are responsible for having a lawful basis and any necessary consents for the personal data you process using the Service.
7. Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other’s confidential information (including Customer Data and any non-public business or technical information) confidential, and will not disclose it except as needed to provide or use the Service, as required by law, or with the other party’s consent.
8. Intellectual Property
Nusra Solutions retains all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including its software, design, templates, and generated document formats, excluding Customer Data. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service during your subscription term for your Centre’s internal business purposes.
9. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party infrastructure providers (for example, cloud hosting and database providers) to operate. Use of the Service constitutes acknowledgment that Customer Data may be processed by these sub-processors as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT STATUTORY CALCULATIONS WILL ALWAYS REFLECT THE LATEST RATES OR REGULATIONS.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NUSRA SOLUTIONS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE [12 MONTHS] PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Malaysian law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Nusra Solutions harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, or your Centre’s processing of personal data without a lawful basis or required consent.
13. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees when due, or if required by law. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. On termination, we will make Customer Data available for export for a reasonable period (at least [30 days]), after which it may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes (for example, by email or in-app notice) before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia, unless the parties agree in writing to resolve the dispute by another method (such as arbitration or mediation).
