Children & Guardian Data Notice
Kinder Hub — operated by Nusra Solutions
Last updated: 13 July 2026
1. Why This Notice Exists
Childcare centres using Kinder Hub record information about the children in their care — for safety, health, attendance, billing, and JKM licensing/compliance purposes. Because children cannot give their own consent, Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) requires clear notice to, and consent from, a child’s parent or guardian before their personal data is collected and used.
2. Nusra Solutions’ Role
Nusra Solutions provides the Kinder Hub software that Centres use to record and manage this information. We do not decide what child data a Centre collects or why — the Centre does. We act as a data processor, storing and processing child and guardian data only as instructed by the Centre, to provide the Service described in our Privacy Policy.
We do not use child data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not share it outside the Service except as described in our Privacy Policy (for example, sub-processors that host the underlying infrastructure, or statutory bodies where the Centre directs a submission).
3. What Child and Guardian Data May Be Recorded
A Centre using Kinder Hub may record:
- Child’s full name, date of birth, and photograph (if the Centre chooses to add one);
- Guardian name(s), contact details, and relationship to the child;
- Emergency contacts;
- Attendance, check-in/check-out times, and daily activity or progress reports;
- Health information: allergies, medical conditions, immunisation records, medication administered, and incident/injury logs;
- Billing and invoice records for childcare fees.
4. Template Notice for Centres to Give to Guardians
(Centres: copy this section, replace [CENTRE NAME] and related fields with your own details, and issue it to guardians at enrolment or when introducing Kinder Hub. You may add your own JKM licence number and any Centre-specific data practices.)
Notice to Parents and Guardians: How We Use Your Child’s Information
[CENTRE NAME](“we”, “us”, “our Centre”) uses a software platform called Kinder Hub to help us manage attendance, health and safety records, billing, and licensing compliance for the children in our care.
What we collect about your child: name, date of birth, photograph (if provided), health and medical information (including allergies and immunisation records), attendance records, and daily activity reports.
What we collect about you as guardian: your name, contact details, relationship to your child, emergency contact information, and billing/invoice records.
Why we collect it: to care for your child safely, keep accurate attendance and health records, communicate with you, bill for childcare fees, and meet our record-keeping obligations to JKM (Jabatan Kebajikan Masyarakat) and other authorities.
Who can see it: authorised staff at our Centre, and Nusra Solutions, the technology provider whose software (Kinder Hub) we use to store these records. Nusra Solutions only processes this information on our instructions and does not use it for its own purposes. We may also be required to share relevant records with JKM, health authorities, or other regulators as part of our licensing obligations.
How long we keep it: for as long as your child is enrolled, plus any additional period required by JKM record-keeping rules or other applicable law after your child leaves our care.
Your rights: you may ask to see or correct the information we hold about your child, and you may withdraw consent — though withdrawing consent for certain information (e.g. emergency medical details) may affect our ability to enrol or safely care for your child. To make a request, contact us at [CENTRE CONTACT EMAIL/PHONE].
Your consent: by enrolling your child and signing below (or accepting electronically), you consent to our Centre collecting and processing your child’s and your own personal data as described in this notice.

5. Guardian Rights (via the Centre)
Because the Centre is the data user (controller) for child and guardian data, requests to access, correct, or withdraw consent for a child’s data should go to the Centre directly. Nusra Solutions supports Centres in fulfilling these requests within the Service, and can be reached at support@kinderhub.thenusra.com for technical assistance.
