Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Digital Product — No Physical Shipping

Kinder Hub is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product. We do not sell or ship any physical goods, and nothing purchased through Kinder Hub is shipped by post, courier, or any physical carrier. This Policy explains how access and digital deliverables are provided instead.

2. Subscription Access

  • When access starts. For subscription plans (e.g. the Base Plan), account access is granted immediately upon successful payment and account setup — there is no waiting period or shipping time.
  • How you receive it. Access is provided entirely online, through your Kinder Hub account. No physical item, download link outside the app, or media is sent to you.
  • Multi-branch add-ons. Additional branches are activated on your account as soon as payment is confirmed, with no separate delivery step.

3. One-Time Document Sets (Single Set / Multi-Set Packs)

  • Generation time. Compiled JKM document sets are generated from the data already in your account. Generation typically completes within [a few minutes] of purchase, and you will see the set available for download in your dashboard once ready.
  • How you receive it. Document sets are delivered as downloadable/printable files inside your Kinder Hub account. Nothing is mailed or couriered to you.
  • Delays. If a document set takes unusually long to generate (for example, due to incomplete data in your account or a technical issue), we will notify you and help resolve it — contact support@kinderhub.thenusra.com.

4. No Shipping Fees or Physical Address Required

Because nothing is physically shipped, we do not charge shipping or handling fees, and we do not require a delivery address to fulfil an order. Any address information collected (e.g. your Centre’s address) is used only for your account records and compliance documents, not for shipping.

5. Delivery Issues

If you believe you have not received access to a plan you paid for, or a document set has not appeared in your account after a reasonable time, contact us at support@kinderhub.thenusra.com with your account email and payment reference, and we will resolve it promptly.
